RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Jiakuma Design, each piece is handmade with care in our Italian atelier. We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return in accordance with the terms below.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the last item is delivered.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR CANCELLATION
Customers may request a return or cancellation through their customer account on our website.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled until they have been fulfilled and prepared for shipment.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal by following the return procedure described in this policy.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days after the return request has been submitted.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned with any original packaging and accompanying materials.
Because each Jiakuma piece is handmade and one of a kind, we kindly ask customers to handle items with care while deciding whether to keep them.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for the item until it is received by us.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that the item has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
In accordance with EU consumer protection rules, the original standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded when a customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
