Each piece will be sent to you in a unique dust bag made from our beautiful fabrics.

Love the Kiki bag. The sumo fighters bag was a gift for a friend of mine and she loved it. The sumo are fiercely adorable!

The Kiki bags are so versatile and with with the bag being made with two fabrics, the bag is two bags in one. Day or evening, the Kiki bag is a great piece to any ensemble.

  • What makes Jiakuma bags unique ? Each bag is handmade by us at our atelier in Italy. Each piece is truly one of a kind . Once its gone, it will never be made again.

  • Why are they priced higher than regular bags? You are buying hours of craftmanship, carefully sourced fabrics, and a piece no one else will ever own.

  • Are Jiakuma bags eco- friendly? Yes, we use sustainable materials , created in small batches and minimize waste.

CARE & USE

  • Can I wash my Jiakuma bag? Not in the machine. For delicate fabrics hand wash only and for pieces with Jute fabric spot cleaning with a cloth.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Do you ship worldwide? Yes, Delivery usually takes from 2-14 working days, depending on your location.

  • How much is shipping? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout , based on your location.

  • How is the bag packed? In eco friendly, protective packaging , ready to be unwrapped as a a gift.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

  • Can I return or exchange a bag? Yes within 14 days and its original condition

  • What if my bag arrives damaged? Contact us right away, we will make it right ;)
