Processing Times

All Jiakuma products are handmade and carefully prepared in our Italian atelier. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, holidays, or travel periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted courier services, including UPS, and provide tracking information whenever available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

Jiakuma Design currently ships to countries within the European Union. We do not currently offer shipping outside the EU.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Jiakuma Design cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at jiakumadesignstudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
